*1.1. These terms and conditions apply to the “Refer a Friend” scheme (the “Scheme”) operated by Allsop Letting and Management (“we”, “us”, or “our”). 1.2. By participating in the Scheme, both the existing tenant (“Referrer”) and the referred friend (“Referee”) agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. 2.1. The Scheme is open to current tenants of Allsop Letting and Management who hold a valid tenancy agreement. 3.1. Both the Referrer and the Referee will receive a gift voucher worth £100 each after the Referee’s tenancy has commenced, subject to contract. We reserve the right to not proceed with an application, both before or after referencing has commenced, at any time. 4.1. The Scheme cannot be used in conjunction with any other referral offer or promotion. 6.1. We reserve the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the Scheme at any time without prior notice.
